TL;DR
Rooms closer to the beach are farther from the restaurant. Sun loungers are generally available — grab one before breakfast to secure a good spot.
Building 4 is just a couple of minutes' walk from Beach 1. Guests staying in Building 4 regularly used Beach 1 rather than the often-mentioned Beach 4.
At 8 a.m. roughly 30–40% of loungers are still free — not front-row, but just 10 metres back. The food queue at meal times is short, around 10 people, meaning a 1–2 minute wait.
Sun loungers are generally plentiful. Arriving later means you'll find spots in the second row rather than front-line. Guests staying near the pool tend to use the beach area away from the bar, where loungers are more spread out and less crowded. A practical tip: reserve a lounger before breakfast, then come back changed and ready.
No deposit is required at check-in. Distance to the beach depends on which level you're assigned — you can request a preferred one. The closer to the beach, the farther from the restaurant. From level 4, the restaurant is about a 5-minute flat walk, while the beach takes 7–10 minutes via stairs or a tuf-tuf shuttle.
There are no truly remote blocks — every room is simply closer to one amenity: the sea, the pool, or the restaurant. Rooms that seem far away are mainly farther from the restaurant and reception, but tend to be closer to the beach.
