Are the restaurants at Aladdin / Ali Baba resort area in Egypt worth visiting during peak season?

Finding any solitude or a free sunbed is nearly impossible due to crowds. When looking for dinner at Tower 1, guests were turned away from the first and second restaurants ('no space'), and only found a table at the third one. Poolside bartenders can't keep up with demand — lines form two rows deep.

Visitors who compared Xanadu Makadi's restaurant with the club's dining found Xanadu roughly 90% full, noisy, and overwhelming due to its vast territory. The club felt noticeably less crowded, quieter, and more relaxed. Food selection was not significantly different between the two — notably, neither had shrimp.

Among the restaurants in the area, Sidali draws the largest crowds. Guests who picked dishes from various themed restaurants preferred to sit and eat in Culina, as it is quieter.

Aladdin restaurant area was preferred over Ali Baba by visitors who tried both. However, during peak occupancy, queues at restaurant entrances are very long and the atmosphere is chaotic — some guests ended up turning back and dining at their own hotel instead.

The restaurant has a complex layout with multiple zones on different levels. Even with a reservation, guests need to walk through and scout a suitable table themselves — this is especially relevant at lunch.

Guests staying in the Beach section find it noticeably calmer and more pleasant than the Garden section. They only visit the Garden area for à la carte restaurants or the water park, but even those occasional visits feel overwhelming due to the crowds.
