Are there shops and a pharmacy near hotels in Egypt (resort areas)?

For budget shopping, Gomla Market is recommended as having some of the most reasonable prices. A well-reviewed pharmacy is to the left of Seagull Hotel, between the perfume shop and the Kalinka-Malinka store; it reportedly has a Russian-speaking pharmacist.

If you leave the 5-star hotel and walk left, there are rows of shops including a pharmacy. There is also said to be a supermarket closer to the Dreams hotel; prices are in Egyptian pounds, with cheap local snacks such as chips for about 10 EGP.

Inside the hotel, there is a small essentials shop that stocks diapers; it is described as being on the second floor behind reception. Near the hotel, travelers also mention 2–3 pharmacies where diapers were available as well.

Turn right when exiting the hotel and walk a short distance along the road — you'll find small shops and a pharmacy on the opposite side of the street. Prices are reasonable and marked on the packaging.

If you don't want to walk far, many hotels have their own small shops on-site. The nearest pharmacy is about a 10-minute walk away.

Along the promenade heading toward the abandoned hotel, past the Baron bar, there are several small shops. A pharmacy is reportedly among them, though the selection and prices are not confirmed.
