You can swap towels for clean ones at any towel station — it's a straight towel-for-towel exchange. A handy trick: swap your used towels on the way back from the beach so you have fresh ones ready for an early-morning swim before the stations open. Cards are only surrendered once at check-out — just remember which station you used.

With a small tip (~$1), housekeeping may proactively bring toiletry kits (toothbrush sets) without being asked, and reliably restock shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. In-room water is topped up to 3 bottles. You can also ask them to stock the mini-fridge with soft drinks (cola, Fanta) from the start — reportedly doable if requested.

Sunbeds are sometimes pre-covered with towels by pool attendants themselves — for a $1–2 tip they'll free up a spot for you. Guests don't typically rush to claim sunbeds at dawn, but it does happen that one person reserves two or three beds at once.

The standard water allocation is two bottles per person per day. Tell the housekeeper your preferred amount and they'll leave that many during each cleaning. If you run out, call reception and water arrives within 5–10 minutes.

Some housekeepers may be less attentive — skipping water refills even when tips are left. It's not a big deal: you can grab water directly from the housekeeper or order via reception. Bed linen and towels are still changed regardless.
