Which à la carte restaurants are included with all-inclusive bracelet in Egypt and what's worth ordering?

TL;DR

Red bracelet holders get free access to à la carte restaurants (seafood, Lebanese, Arabic, Indian) with prior reservation. Indian cuisine gets the best reviews; seafood was disappointing.

A repeat visit to the à la carte restaurant confirmed the quality — kids asked for seconds and were served without issue. Food is noticeably better than the main buffet restaurant. Highly recommended.

All à la carte restaurants are free with the red bracelet and can be visited daily, but advance reservation is required. Four cuisines are available: seafood, Lebanese, Arabic, and Indian. Seafood was disappointing across all menu options; Arabic and Indian were decent. Indian is the top pick — most dishes are spicy but flavorful, with lamb kebab being the only mild option. All venues share one location: seafood (Cray House) seats guests on the left, while the other three rotate evenings on the right side. Lunch here is also better than at the main restaurant.

The Indian à la carte restaurant differs from the standard buffet — dishes are spiced differently and prepared to a higher standard. Worth visiting for the views alone, even aside from the food.
