TL;DR
Avoid the beach from 11am to 3pm — seek shade or go indoors. In the first week leave by 11am, later you can stay until noon. Poolside is more bearable than the seafront in peak heat.
Spend daytime hours at the beach/sea, and save city walks and mall visits for the evening after dinner when it's more comfortable. Malls are open until about 11:30pm on weekdays.
Best schedule: beach in the morning until 11am, then retreat to shade or indoors. After 3pm you can return. After about a week of acclimatization, you can stay until noon. The pool area feels more tolerable than the seafront during peak heat.
If staying at Aladdin resort, check beach operating hours at reception on arrival — it runs with breaks. Beach and pool animation, as well as mini-disco, are shared for all guests.
Always confirm beach hours at your hotel reception — staff sometimes close it earlier than the official schedule.
