TL;DR
The fish market is just past the large mosque, slightly to the left. It's a short walk from Azur/Moreno/Bel Air hotels, or you can take a dolmus or taxi.
Head right from the hotel, pass the military base near Moreno, and walk to the large mosque. Just past it is a row of shops; halfway along, across the road, is a grey building housing Aten — go down the stairs. About a 4-minute walk from the hotel. The main challenge is crossing the road safely.
Walk right along the street (you can cross the road right away), pass the Azur hotels, then Moreno and the military building. The landmark is the large mosque — the market is just behind it, slightly to the left. Walkable from Moreno or Bel Air Azur hotels; taxis are also an option.
From the old reception, turn right and walk to the mosque, then turn left — the fish market is there. You can also take a dolmus (shared minibus): tell the driver 'fish market'; if it's on their route they'll take you, otherwise they'll let you know. Route number is unclear, so a taxi is a reliable backup.
