TL;DR
The atmosphere is generally pleasant with warm water and friendly staff, especially toward Russian-speaking tourists who make up the majority of guests. Downsides include noise during local holidays and occasional rude bar staff.
Bar staff were rude after a guest declined to buy products already paid for, and management did not address the issue. Overall atmosphere was otherwise pleasant with warm water.
During local holidays it gets very loud at the beach and pool. Even outside holidays the resort is busy enough that you won't find peace and quiet. A quieter month might offer a better experience.
Russian-speaking tourists make up around 90% of guests and are treated very well — staff are consistently friendly and attentive. Reef shoes are not needed at the main beach. A dress code is listed but not enforced. Golf carts run regularly but are mainly useful for families with children given the large territory.
