TL;DR
If you’re a light sleeper, ask in advance for a room away from the road and evening entertainment area. Guest discussions suggest the main concerns are rooms in the Stella building and rooms facing the road.
According to guests: at Korendon hotel, building A is the noisiest, while building C also hears disco music from a neighboring hotel, but only until midnight. At Rama hotel the disco also plays until midnight. Occasionally Korendon's music runs later than usual, but this is rare.
At Orange hotel, one side has loud music playing both during the day and evening, plus a technical/service area with delivery trucks. Guests recommend choosing a room facing the inner courtyard to avoid this noise. Disco music until 11pm generally doesn't disturb sleep.
The most recent concern was about the Stella building: guests wanted to know whether they could firmly refuse a room there at check-in and ask for another option if quiet nights were important.
There was a separate question about rooms facing the road: those are the rooms guests most often worry will pick up more disco noise and outside traffic sounds at night.
An earlier question covered both the main and annex buildings. The practical takeaway is to confirm in advance how much evening music is heard in your specific building before accepting the room.
