From Antalya to Alanya, take a local bus (KA07 or MS08) from 5M Migros to Antalya bus terminal, then a bus or dolmuş to Manavgat, and from Manavgat otogar buses run to Alanya every 15–30 minutes.
Bus 400 runs infrequently — about once every 2 hours — so it's only worth taking if your schedule allows. From the final stop you'll need to walk to your hotel with luggage.
Another option is to get off at Atatürk Boulevard and wait there for bus 400, or go to the 5M Migros stop where a Havaş shuttle departs. Check the schedule online in advance, as the trip takes a long time.
The direct bus from the 5M Migros stop to Sarısu is called "Antalya–Fethiye"; you can board at any stop and it runs every 20–30 minutes (not hourly as previously noted). You can also take the "Antalya–Kaş" bus, which also passes through Fethiye.
