Can you find baby meat puree and infant formula in Turkey?

Baby meat puree is essentially unavailable in Turkey. Stores stock mainly fruit pouches and a small selection of vegetable ones — just a couple of flavors. Single-ingredient options like broccoli, cauliflower, or zucchini are not available. Infant formula brands will likely differ from what your baby knows.

Introducing new baby food flavors during a vacation is impractical — by the time the baby adjusts, it's time to go home. Bring a generous supply of meat purees and your usual formula from home.

If traveling with a very young baby, pack meat puree — it's not sold locally. Fruit and vegetable pouches are available in stores but the selection is limited.

Some hotels offer unsalted, unsweetened porridge and a blender, which can help prepare food for babies on-site. Poolside snack bars may have burgers for older kids.
