TL;DR
Cleanliness is a top highlight: rooms and common areas are cleaned daily, floors mopped every day, and bedding is in good condition.
A recent guest says the rooms are simple but come with clean bed linen, towels, and basic toiletries; importantly, housekeeping is done on request rather than necessarily automatically every day.
A recent guest reports that housekeeping is solid: the bathroom is stocked with a full set of toiletries, and there are enough towels, bathrobes, and slippers, with towels changed frequently. The shower consistently had hot water, and the minibar was refilled daily.
The hotel's standout feature is cleanliness — staff clean rooms and all common areas continuously throughout the day. Floors are mopped daily. A standard room on the 2nd floor (actually 3rd) includes a double and a single bed, a small table, armchair, ottoman, a large modern TV, and a new individual split air conditioner. Water pressure is good and floors are tiled. Downsides: no kettle or tea set, only three power outlets, and the AC shuts off automatically when no movement is detected even if the key card is left in.
