TL;DR
4-star all-inclusive hotels in Turkey do serve meat, but mostly chicken and turkey. Beef and lamb appear occasionally. Quality reportedly improved in 2026 compared to 2025.
Based on 2026 visits, food quality has improved: chicken served multiple ways without being dry, beef and beef meatballs appear on the menu. Fish includes mackerel. Pastries and baked goods are consistently good.
In 2025, real meat was scarce: soy-based patties were often served instead of actual meat. Lamb and beef appeared in the buffet pots only about 5 times over a 24-day stay. The grill offered chicken, turkey, and fish.
Realistic expectations for a 4-star hotel: veal, lamb, and mutton are not regular menu items. Chicken and turkey are the standard. Actual red meat (beef, lamb) shows up occasionally, not daily.
