Over a 13-night stay, bed linen was changed 3 times and towels were replaced regularly with extras provided. Cleaning is described as mediocre, but barely noticeable if guests keep the room tidy. Mattresses were new and comfortable; pillows were average.

Front desk staff can be inattentive: one family checked in at lunchtime and was not given wristbands — they walked the resort for hours unnoticed. They had to ask at reception themselves in the evening. The room category was also wrong — no proper bed for a child — and it took two days of complaints to get a suitable room with a single bed added.
