TL;DR
Tours bought in late May can be significantly cheaper than summer prices — the difference can reach 60,000 RUB (~$650) for 7 nights. Autumn packages also tend to cost 30–40K RUB more than spring deals.
An 11-night trip for two at the end of May/early June cost around 230,000 RUB. Summer prices will be noticeably higher.
A mid-May trip for four cost 190,000 RUB in total, and the hotel was considered good value at that price.
One traveller reported summer prices running roughly 50% higher than other seasons. Final cost varies significantly by departure city, group composition, and number of nights.
Autumn tour prices to Turkey are noticeably higher than spring. Compared to earlier spring trips, the difference for a quality 5-star hotel in Göynük (Kemer area) was around 30,000–40,000 RUB.
11-night tours for June–July on Level.Travel can look surprisingly affordable. Pegasus via Rox offers standard rooms for around 220,000 RUB — a price point that makes spontaneous booking tempting.
A tour purchased in late May cost roughly 60,000 RUB less than the same 7-night package from the same city in June. Buying early or in the shoulder season is clearly more cost-effective.
