TL;DR
From Sultanahmet, take tram T1 to Eminönü, then a bus or ferry along the Golden Horn to Hasköy. From Taksim, use the metro or a bus toward Hasköy where the museum is located.
From Sultanahmet, take tram T1 toward Kabataş and get off at Eminönü. From there, bus 47E or 54HT goes to Hasköy stop, right next to the Rahmi Koç Museum on the Golden Horn.
From Taksim, take metro M2 to Şişhane station, then walk or take a short bus ride down to the Golden Horn. Alternatively, bus 54HT runs directly from Taksim to Hasköy.
From Fatih to Balat: both neighborhoods are close along the Golden Horn. It's about a 20–25 minute walk from central Fatih to Balat. You can also take bus 99A or 28 toward Eyüp and get off at the Balat stop.
From Sultanahmet to Üsküdar: the easiest option is the ferry (vapur) from Eminönü or Karaköy pier directly to Üsküdar. Ferries run frequently, the crossing takes about 20 minutes, and you pay with an Istanbulkart. It's a scenic and efficient Bosphorus crossing.
