Which room or floor should I choose in an Istanbul hotel with Marmara Sea views, and what should I know about elevator access, the roof terrace, and getting to the beach area?

TL;DR
For better views in the main building, choose an even-numbered floor, since odd floors in this terraced layout may face the lower roof instead of a full sea view. Also note that the rooftop terrace requires walking up to the 5th–6th floor via a steep spiral staircase, while the pool and beach area are reached via the 1st floor and two short escalators.
To reach the pool, bar, and beach area, use the 1st floor: exit the elevator, the lobby is on the left, the spa passage is on the right, and straight ahead there are two short escalators leading down to the outdoor resort area.
In the main building, it is better to request an even-numbered floor. Because of the terraced design, odd-numbered floors may overlook the lower roof rather than giving a clean open view, even if the sea is still visible.
There is a rooftop terrace with Marmara Sea views, but access may be difficult if you have luggage, a stroller, or mobility issues: there is no elevator to it, and you have to walk up to around the 5th–6th floor via a spiral staircase with high steps.
