TL;DR
All-inclusive hotels in Kemer offer a wide spread daily — fish, meat, fruits, desserts, soups, and alcohol. Quality varies by hotel but portions and variety are generally good.
At one Kemer all-inclusive hotel, in addition to the main buffet there were 2 soups, a diet table, and fast food; meat and fish were served daily, with grilled chicken and turkey as well, and dish names were translated into Russian. A snack bar by the panoramic pool stayed open until about 4:30 pm and was substantial enough for a full lunch. Ayran was specifically available, and there were 2 à la carte restaurants: Turkish and Italian.
Food is plentiful and varied daily — fish, meat, fruits, pastries, sweets, and imported (non-Turkish) alcohol. The ice cream cake is a standout. Juices and tea are always available.
At Rama hotel, the soups stood out — rich, with herbs, spices, and finely chopped vegetables, which is unusual for Turkish all-inclusive. Buckwheat porridge appears occasionally but inconsistently.
One hotel featured an Ottoman restaurant serving late breakfast and Turkish dishes for lunch poolside. The Garden Café terrace by the sea offered coffee, hot waffles, and pancakes with toppings. From noon to 6 PM: fries and infused waters (lemon, cinnamon, cucumber). Ice cream in multiple flavors served in cones or bowls with no limit.
Desserts look appealing but often taste artificial. Turkish sweets and honey go fast. Vegetables, olives, appetizers, and dressings are well-stocked. Non-picky eaters can easily put together a satisfying, balanced plate.
