TL;DR
Most central Kemer hotels are a 5-10 min walk from the Liman promenade and clock tower; the clothing market runs Thursdays near the mountain with the flag, and the farmers market runs Mondays near the mosque and Waikiki area.
In the evening the Liman promenade and shopping street get lively with live music and street performers; nearby are Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King, and the clock tower square with restaurants and a pastry shop for dessert, tea or coffee. Hotel rooms in this area tend to be basic — just for sleeping.
Beer on the beach is not included — around 220 lira, with sea views right from the hotel's beach area.
Turning left right from the hotel, there's a local tour seller with good prices, and further down the street you'll find restaurants and shops.
The clothing/goods market runs on Thursdays, about a 7-minute walk toward the mountain with the flag.
The farmers/produce market runs on Mondays, near the clock tower, close to the mosque and the Waikiki hotel.
For good seafood at fair prices, look for a small family-run street cafe — the red mullet and shrimp there are excellent.
