Can foreign UnionPay bank cards be used in Side, Turkey for payments and ATM cash withdrawals?
Based on these chat messages, there was no confirmed positive result: on July 10 one traveler reported that cash withdrawal with a Rosselkhozbank UnionPay card was not working. Card payment success in Side was also not confirmed in this discussion.
