Is Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi bearable in late July — heat and humidity?

Nearby Fujairah and the Musandam peninsula were beautiful and not excessively hot in late June — a viable alternative to Abu Dhabi for those wanting to avoid peak summer heat.
