On July 2, travelers were still checking whether the hotel shuttle to Dubai was operating, which usually means the service is either suspended or not running daily. It is best to confirm the schedule directly with reception before your trip.

On July 1, travelers specifically asked about a shuttle to Dubai Mall. This suggests that when a shuttle is available, it is usually framed as a mall trip rather than a full transport option around Dubai.

One guest said their tourists were told the shuttle, if running, went only to Dubai Mall, while people had to reach the beach on their own. So even when transport exists, it may cover just one stop and not include any beach transfer.

Another practical reply was more specific: there is no shuttle to the beach, and according to past guest experience there was not usually one to Dubai Mall either. The older hotel shuttle route mentioned by travelers was to Deira City Centre, where you could continue by metro.
