Even last year, the bus from Saadiyat to Yas Island only ran for theme park ticket holders. That option is now gone too. Taxi — local or Yandex — is the main way to get there.

Previously, Mercury hotel on Yas Island ran a free shuttle for guests with theme park tickets. That no longer exists. Public buses run from Ibn Battuta Metro Station in Dubai; taxis are available but not cheap.
