The main value of the lounge is saving money on food and drinks during a flight delay, not the status itself. Solo on a business trip it's not worth it, but with family it's a nice bonus and mood-booster at the start of the trip.

If you skip breakfast at home before an early flight, you can eat right in the airport lounge — there's food, comfortable soft chairs, and for those who want a drink, beer, wine and vodka. The only downside is the massage chairs are broken.
