TL;DR
The brewery buffet in Da Nang offers a wide selection including shrimp and crab. Buying it with a ticket is cheaper than on-site (380,000 VND separately). Free beer and snack vouchers are often given away by visitors who don't use them.
Lunch at Ba Na Hills ends around 15:00–16:00, and dinner service starts at 16:30. A dinner buffet can be bought separately at Beer Plaza for around 450,000 VND, which includes vouchers for approximately one litre of beer. If visiting in the afternoon, it's better to arrive full — it gets dark quickly and there's a lot of ground to cover.
At Ba Na Hills, the unlimited buffet for lunch or dinner costs around 400,000 VND per person. Note that there is a 100,000 VND penalty for each dish taken but left uneaten.
Within the Memories complex there is an unlimited buffet for 200,000 VND, though beer is not included. Several inexpensive cafes are also available nearby.
The buffet can be purchased on-site, but it's more expensive than bundling it with the entrance ticket. Bought separately, it costs 380,000 VND.
The buffet is varied and tasty, with options including shrimp and crab. Free beer and bread vouchers often go unused and are passed on to other visitors at the brewery.
If you're short on time, there are plenty of quick food options on-site. Prices are above average for Vietnam but very reasonable by international standards. Beer restaurant vouchers get you a free set: two 0.3L beers or a snack — one person can take the beer, another the snack.
