What are VietJet's liquid, baggage and meal rules on flights to Da Nang?

VietJet gives two free checked bags — one up to 23kg and a smaller one up to 11kg; carry-on allowed is only a very small backpack (stricter than some other airlines). Meal is served once, and 2-3 hours before landing tea/coffee/water are offered but only for a fee.

Hand luggage allows up to 1 liter total of liquid — meaning up to 10 bottles of 100ml (water, wine, etc.), with no issues at security. Still worth checking the airline's current liquid rules before flying.

After passing passport control at Da Nang airport there are drinking water fountains where you can fill up as much water as you want for free — bring an empty bottle or container.

On VietJet charter flights only 2 small water bottles (0.33–0.35L) are allowed for free, everything else costs extra. At the start and end of the airport departure area there are water fountains where you can fill both 1L and 1.5L bottles before boarding. Onboard, tea/coffee is served twice, and a meal (roll, tea, and something in a container) is given once about an hour after takeoff — it's recommended to bring your own snacks just in case.
