TL;DR
Cable car queues at Vinpearl can reach 120 minutes, plus another 45 minutes to enter the park. A fast track ticket significantly reduces wait times.
Even arriving at opening time (~8:10 AM) with pre-purchased tickets, the cable car queue still took about an hour. A separate entry pass (~300 RUB) is sold independently — without it expect an extra wait. Buggies circulating around the park can quickly take you to the right entrance or attraction.
The queue for the slides (luge/sled attraction) can exceed 2 hours. A fast-track pass for rides inside the park saves significant time — entry in 5–8 minutes versus a 2-hour wait without it. If the cable car breaks down, everyone is redirected to boats, with roughly a 1-hour wait even when leaving early.
The cable car wait was around 120 minutes. Extra speedboats were added as an alternative — those already checked in for the cable car were allowed to board without queuing again. Entry into the park itself took an additional 45 minutes.
Arriving after 10 AM makes it much harder to get on the cable car — queues are very long. After the cable car, there is another queue to enter Vinpearl park itself.
Buying a fast track ticket significantly cuts down the cable car wait time at Vinpearl. Without it, you may spend several hours in queues.
