TL;DR
Fast Pass is worth it at Vinpearl — queues are very long, especially for the zipline. Arrive by 9:30 AM and start with the zipline to cover everything by midday.
Without Fast Pass, queues for all major attractions are very long: about an hour for the zipline as early as 8:30, a 120-minute sign for the luge after midday, and around 30 minutes for slides like the Tornado in the water park. Beach loungers are scarce — even paid spots run out fast, especially on busy days when everything is taken by 9 a.m. Paid loungers near the pool cost from 100, on the sand from 200 (in the currency of discussion).
With Fast Pass you can cover everything in the morning: arrive at 9:30, do the zipline first, then the luge right after the descent, then the full water park. While others were still queuing for the zipline, Fast Pass holders had already finished the luge.
Without Fast Pass the queues are extremely long — people wait so long for the zipline that Fast Pass holders can complete the zipline, ride the luge, and return before the regular queue moves.
The yellow bowl ride is fun but requires a large group — they won't run it with just a few people. Plan to join other visitors or go with a big group.
The red slide was not yet open during this visit — only test runs with empty carts. The Ferris wheel sees little interest from visitors.
Beyond the water slides, Vinpearl also has a zoo and botanical greenhouses — worth including in your itinerary, especially with kids.
Photos and video from the zipline descent are available for purchase on-site — quality is good and worth buying.
The pool area was reasonably uncrowded, but the gym inside the resort was unusually busy that day.
