There's no single app for all Nha Trang buses. Use the Vinbus app for electric bus routes #23 and #16-2 (real-time tracking), and Futa Bus app for red city minibuses.

In the Vinbus app, select Nha Trang, then Bus Routes. Route 16-2 goes to the Vinpearl cable car, route 23 covers another direction. Both can be tracked in real time.
