Which area of Phu Quoc is best to stay in for a good beach and evening walks?

For the best beach-focused stay, travelers most often recommend the north of the island, especially Bai Dai. It is one of the stronger choices if you want a good beach nearby without being completely cut off.

For families with children, beachfront resorts around Bai Dai are considered convenient: many have kids’ clubs, and there are free shuttle buses to VinWonders and the safari park.

If evening walks matter, the north offers Grand World Venice as a promenade area. Infrastructure there is not considered the island’s best, but there are still enough cafés, shops, and massage places, and the center is reachable by taxi or bus.

If you care more about daily convenience, supermarkets, and lower prices, the central part of the island is often suggested. The trade-off is that beaches there are usually considered weaker than in the north.
