Chalets are described as large two-room units, but somewhat dated. Superior rooms, by contrast, are considered newer and more appealing, but they are a one-room option.

Rooms on the 2nd floor of the main building are considered slightly newer in condition. However, a side-facing location, while closer to the sea, still means a longer walk to reception and the restaurant; the restaurant is on level 7, so guests often rely on the elevator.

Renovation work on ground-floor facades and interiors starts around 9am and continues until evening. Noise from drilling and hammering is audible even on the 2nd floor through the balcony, disrupting afternoon rest — worth considering when choosing a floor.

Room 4412 has two separate beds and is on the 3rd floor (effectively 4th level). An elevator is available, making access easy.

Room 109 is a large ground-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, a hall, a kitchen, and one bathroom per floor — suitable for groups of 6–8 people.

A superior room differs from a standard room only by having a partition that visually divides the space into two areas — the total square footage is the same.
