What to do at an Egypt resort hotel if you arrive before check-in time?

At check-out (12:00), your wristband is removed and access to bars and restaurants ends. You can still use the beach, pools, and hotel grounds while waiting for your transfer. To keep dining access, request a paid late check-out at least 24 hours before departure: until 16:00 — $40, until 18:00 — $60, after 18:00 — $100.

If you arrive early and your room isn't ready yet, you don't have to wait in the lobby — you're free to walk around the hotel grounds and use all facilities until check-in time.

To attend a hotel show or excursion, go to reception with your voucher or booking confirmation by 6:30 PM on the day of the event. Staff will give you a code slip and put you on a shuttle bus.

To extend your stay past check-out time, go to reception on the morning of your departure and request a late check-out. It typically costs $10 per adult and lets you keep the room until 6 PM, subject to availability.

If late check-out isn't available, leave your luggage at reception and keep enjoying the hotel. Airport transfers usually depart at 6 PM or 7 PM. You can also ask for a room to freshen up before leaving — usually granted for about 30 minutes at no charge.
