Where to spend a few hours in Batumi with luggage before hotel check-in or after check-out?

For a 7 a.m. arrival, the most practical option is to leave your suitcases at luggage storage near Batumi Railway Station or the bus terminal, then head to Batumi Boulevard for a walk. It works well if check-in is only from 10:00–14:00.

If you need to kill time after check-out until late evening, ask your hotel to keep your luggage even if they can’t extend the room. Many apart-hotels and regular hotels in Batumi will store bags until your flight or train.

If you’re stuck with luggage for a few hours, large seafront hotel lobbies are a comfortable option: air-conditioning, seating, restrooms, and coffee. Travelers usually choose hotels along Batumi Boulevard and the New Boulevard area.
