Coach check-in is done at the station itself: go inside the mall, find the Etihad kiosk on the left, show your booking, and then wait on the second floor in the small waiting area or nearby until departure.

It is best to add the coach when buying the flight: you choose the departure time right away, and the itinerary will appear as a one-transfer trip — flight plus coach to the final destination.

You need a combined booking with two segments. If the coach leg is missing from your reservation, you will not be allowed onto the bus, even if you have an Etihad flight ticket.
